Jake has opened up a new shop in Megaton and he has survival on the mind.

Jakes Survival Shop is located in Megaton left of Moriartys Saloon.
Details
=======
The purpose of this mod is to help people who have already played the game and are starting from the beginning. It can be a little irritating working your way up from the bottom. So this mod intends to offer beginners starter items at a low price along with a few advanced items at a higher price.
Night Vision Goggles: Never have trouble looking around when traveling in dark places.
Combat Backpack: Allows you to carry more and it is easy to repair.
Wasteland Duster: A cheap version of it\'s duster counterparts. It has stat boosting effects.
Jing wei: A Chinese silenced and scoped assault rifle.
Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\\Fallout 3\\Data\\
3. After installing go to your My Documents/My Games/Fallout3 folder and open Fallout.ini in notepad. Hit ctrl-F (find) and look for bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 Replace the 0 with a 1 and save.
2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. After installing go to your My Documents/My Games/Fallout3 folder and open Fallout.ini in notepad. Hit ctrl-F (find) and look for bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 Replace the 0 with a 1 and save.
3. Delete the .esp file from \\Fallout 3\\Data\\
