Instance - A true \'bullet-time\' slow-motion mod to Fallout 3. IT IS NOT AN OPTION. http://fose.silverlock.org/download/fose_v1_2_beta2. 7z I\'m unsure about the Fallout 3 version, but I tested it on v1. 7 and it works fine. ============== Installation - ============== 1. Extract files from archive. 2. Copy the single file: Instance (FO3 Only).esp to (Your Install Folder)\\Fallout 3\\ Data\\ 3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click \"Data Files\" and check according esp or use Fallout Mod Manager (recommended) and check the according esp. ================ Uninstallation - ================ Although I didn\'t test this, I suggest you turn Instance off, save, and simply delete the esp file from the directory in which you installed it. (See warning above) ===================== General Information - ===================== First of all, I never intended to make this public. It was a heavily personalized mod at one point but I decided to just upload it to see if anyone would be interested in using it. In a nutshell, this slows all projectiles in Vanilla Fallout 3 (currently no DLC support) to a speed such that you can see the bullet itself, walk or run to dodge enemy fire and even pick up objects (with default Z key) and deflect the bullets with them. I realize its not very practical because 90% of you have already downloaded and extensively used modded weaponry. Obviously, my mod will not encompass your weapons because I don\'t know what mods you use! Thus, only all Vanilla (default) weapons in game will be affected. (Note, this also affects projectiles of \'weapons\' you can\'t use such as Sentry Bot autolasers or various security Turrets). Upon starting/loading a game, you will receive a Misc item called Instance. Open your PipBoy and press a key to bind for the toggle functionality. To reset binding, drop the item (watch where it bounces to...) and pick it up. Open your Pipboy again and press a key to bind. (Those familiar with The Human Catapult mod will know exactly what to do.) =========== Specifics - =========== -All bullets are 1% of their original speed. Projectiles that had a lower speed than default 10,000 were also lowered to a speed of 100. Changing already slow projectiles down to 1% would effectively cause them to stand still, which isn\'t much fun. -Currently, no DLCs are supported. The amount of projectiles in FO3 alone was quite a lot. Adding the DLCs will take some time. -No mods are supported.
