Description

Makes the Covert Ops perk from Operation: Anchorage add +5 damage while the player is sneaking, instead of +3 Science, +3 Small Guns, and +3 Lockpick.

1. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\

2. Activate the . ESP through the launcher or FOMM (recommended).

1. Deactivate . ESP through the launcher or FOMM.

2. Delete the . ESP.

Future versions may have some slightly more interesting replacements, or hopefully someone else will come up with their own more creative replacement.

Incompatibility

Will conflict with any mods that edit the Covert Ops perk.
