It is more powerful and more accurate than your average plasma pistol. It uses Small Guns skill because it is shaped like a Chinese Pistol and, seriously, why would energy weapons be a different skill, anyway? That\'s just silly. Bethesda, you\'re silly. Equip this gun when you plan on shooting first! It is not actually in the game; so, to get it you need to use the console: Press \"~\" Type \"additem.player XX000EA7 1\" where XX is the \"Mod Index\" number listed for the DL-44 mod in Fallout Mod Manager. To install, just extract the .zip file into your Data folder or use the FOMOD with FOMM.
