H and E Inc Basement Home

Location: Just south down the road from the Scrapyard, beside the collapsed monorail. Short key collecting quest to gain access. Started by searching the rotting corpse in the surface ruins. All containers are safe. Includes miniature freeplay after MQ mod. Very basic, does not interfere with other such mods. No really unique features until I work out how to place house items like the clean vending machine and Chem Lab. Three known bugs: Blurry LOD-style ground overlapping bottom of exterior stairs and Mr. Edwards\' corpse. Cannot see main interior from interior stairs and vice versa. Grey void. If your saved game is post-MQ, part of the outro will play again (The game does not end)
