Grenade Launcher

Adds a new weapon, the Grenade Launcher. Based off of the Rock-It Launcher, it takes any grenade type and launches them out with the power and blast radius of Nuka Grenade The weapon is built from a schematic, and uses the following: 1x Vacuum 1x Leaf blower 1x Firehose Nozzle 1x Nuka Cola Quantum You can find the schematics at: 1. Flak And Shrapnels in Rivet City 2. Crow, the traveling merchant 3. The hollow rock near megaton (so you have a location to get it free from) It loads: Frag Grenades Plasma Grenades Pulse Grenades Nuka Grenades When shot, all grenades have the power/blast radius of a Nuka Grenade. The advantage of firing a Nuka Grenade in that you can launch them much farther, and target specific body parts in V. A. T. S. (not that it matters with a nuka Grenade) KNOWN ISSUES ------------ - If you equip either this weapon or a rock-it launcher while carrying a loaded version of the other, then the ammo from the other will be pre-loaded, having the effect of the equiped gun.
