I AM NO LONGER ALLOWING MY MODS TO BE CHANGED, RECOLORED OR USED IN ANY OTHER MODS Makes the BOS and Outcast Power Armor have some Glowy Bits, not as extreme as my T51b, this also doesn\'t touch the Enclave or Tesla Power Armor This also needs an esp because the Outcast and BOS use the same mesh, so an esp is needed, so don\'t go giving this crappy ratings because you \"think\" it doesn\'t need an esp :)
