Use your console to add it, the form IDs are EA9 and EA6, or find it near the entrance to Tenpenny Tower. I had a bunch of gnomes in my inventory but I can\'t use them, halp!? Drop them on the ground and pick them up again. ========== Installation ========== 1. Unrar the files to your Fallout 3\\Data folder. 2. Start the Fallout launcher, select \"Data Files\" and check Garden Gnome Launcher.esp. 3.
