Followers Relax - Relax and Wait Working Separately

The currently supported followers are : Charon, Clover, Jericho, Star Paladin Cross and Butch. Fawkes, Dogmeat and RL-3 are not supported because they cannot use human idle markers (maybe in the future I will try and do something with them if I decide to continue the mod). Other companion mods are not supported at this time. When you select the \"Relax\" command the followers will roam around the area doing different things like eating, drinking, sleeping and other. :::::::::::::::: :: Features :: :::::::::::::::: Relax command in addition to the default Wait command. Now you have them both! The followers are originally voiced and have lip animations.
