Fear the Regulators

DESCRIPTION

This mod slightly modifies the regulators appareance to make them more intimidating. Also replaces the regulators weapons with two new weapons: Gunblade and the Surgeon. The DR of their dusters have been slightly increased and, as their masks, increase some of your skills and SPECIAL. The Gunblade is a magnum with an embedded knife and with a little more damage and precision than the standard magnum but not so powerful as the the Blackhawk. And the Surgeon is a hunting rifle with an embedded bone saw, almost as precise and powerful as the Ol' painless.

INSTALLATION

As usual, extract the .rar in your Fallout 3 data folder and check the .esp in your FOMM or in your Fallout 3 Launcher.

Make sure you have installed ArchiveInvalidation or FOMM (or new textures wont work properly)

Q: How do I get this new gear?

A: If you have good karma and the perk Lawbringer, you can find the new gear on a shelf in the second floor of the Regulators HQ. If you have bad karma, you can loot it from the regulators that hunt you down across the Wasteland. If you dont have the perk Lawbringer and you have a neutral or good karma, you will never meet the Regulators or will get their gear.
