Fallout Safe Exit

v1. 0 This mod allows to exit in a faster and safer way. The default key to access the exit-menu is L, it can be changed to your liking. Feel free to place a post at the discussion right here too. This mod allows you to exit the game via an own made little menu. When you exit the game the .ini will also be saved. Providing that any settings changed will not be lost upon restart. These are all buttons and options there are in the menu when your press the key (Default is L): Continue Game: When you have reconsidered, just paused for a second, or only wanted to changed the settings. Settings: This will allow you to change the key to one of your liking RIGHT THERE using the console with: (Your can bring up the console using the `-key which is usually beneath your Esc-key) set FFSKey to Number Number would be the keycode attached to your keyboard. I\'ve provided safe examples inside the game. (capitals aren\'t required.) The change will take effect after your hit enter and the return button on the message. Of course, the change will be recorded in your savegame. So when you want to exit directly after setting use the Save and Exit. Otherwise nothing will change upon exit and restart! Exit: This will exit the game immediately after it has saved the .ini-files. (For people that have trouble concerning exiting the normal way.) Save and Exit: This saves the game (+ ini) before the exit as Exit Save. This save WILL be RE-USED every time you exit that way. V1. 1: Added a save-button as of request. If you decide to load any save, don\'t do that from the menu when you use the Exit-button, but go back to the Main-Menu and load it from there. All saves, not necessarily mine, could provide serious bugs when loading while you have a game playing. The message at the top might still show the \'autosave\' message when saving. It\'s partly blocked by the new messages, but it doesn\'t work all the time..just ignore it. If you want to save regularly I could recommend using this other mod as well, Fallout Fast Saver Extract the archive and place the .esp in the Data folder. (Fallout 3\\Data\\) This mod has been created with the 1. 5 version of the G. E. C. K. and is tested with the 1. 7 version of the game.
