All weapons statistics are default value with the following exceptions. \"Ol\' Painless\" recieved a slight increase to damage (from 30 to 40) to match the sniper rifle and the minigun damage was increased from 5 to 8 to match the assault rifle. NPCs spawn with the proper ammo for new games. NPCs in existing savegames will have the wrong ammunition type since their inventories are already set due to the player visiting the area previously. ------------------------------------------------ Installation 1. Unpack the .rar archive into your \\Fallout3\\Data folder. 2. Run the Fallout 3 Launcher. 3. Click the \"Data Files\" option 4. Check the box beside \"Fallout Rechambered V_1p0\" 5.
