Fallout 3 Text Overhaul

What does it do?

This is a very basic mod that just edits some in-game messages and G. E. C. K settings for in-game messages so that they are said in the first person perspective. For example, when you get radiation sickness, the game will normally display a message at the top left along the lines of ""You are now sick with Minor Rad Poison. " Well, with this mod, It will now say "I am now sick with Minor Rad Poison." The same goes for almost any other message you can think of that exists, I changed every single one I could find to say the message in a first person perspective.

Is It Compatible with other mods?

Yes, absolutely! Unless there is another mod out there that changes message text, it's fine. But, even if you do have another mod that does this, it won't be harmful in any way to your game or other mods. If you don't want this mod to be overridden by others, make it load later in your load order using FOMM or another mod manager of your choice!

How Does It Work?

What I did was very easy, but took a bit of time to do. So, I opened the game settings in the G. E. C. K and changed every setting I could find that gave text for a message. Messages like "You can't wait while there are enemies nearby" are now changed to say "I can't wait while there are enemies nearby".
