Fallout 3 Grim Reaper perk

So just like my New Vegas' mod, this one simply piles up buffs from all perks together. Obtainable at lvl 2 (just as you walk out of 101). Gives you a silly ~50x damage boost (no more meta slaving, wasteland is your playground), AP boost, to hit buff, etc, everything else is moddable via console commands. I suggest adding some vats long range and vats cinematics gone mods to make it even more comfy.

Installation? Just chuck it into fallout's DATA folder and enable it in launcher. Easy as panties.

In game all you need to do is choose Grim Reaper's sprint perk upon lvlup and you're killing machine.

Mind you, take said perk after those pesky quests like Megaton girl's one where you're asked to bonk a buncha critters in the sewers - with ungodly damage you deal you simply vaporize them now and this doesn't count. You'd want to temporarily remove the perk by using player.removeperk 00099834 and after you done the chores, enable it back with player.addperk 00099834
