Fairfax Ruins Raider Hideout

I personally feel that Fairfax Ruins was underutilized in the base game. This mod helps that by adding a small raider hideout to the game. In this hideout, you can take down a raider boss and gain a unique Assault Rifle in exchange. There is a bed and storage, so you can use it as a player home, but that's not really what I made it for. You can find the hideout in the alleyway north of the metro station entrance in the ruins. Thanks for viewing, I hope you download, and have a nice day.
