📋 About This Mod
I got tired of only getting 5 points for Special when starting a game and there are almost no in game times when you get to add more points to your Special.
Gives you 21 extra points when starting a new game, and makes it so your special can reach 8 points for every category, because in game you get items that add 1 to 2 points to each special stat but that is it this mod makes it easier to reach 9 to 10 points for all 7 stats in game.
To install just copy the .esp into your fallout 3 data folder and select it in a mod manger or fallout launcher under data files and then start a new game.
No Special Requirements. is for original Fallout 3 no DLC's needed but it should still work even with them installed.
