Expanded Talon Company - Now FWE Compatible

Expands Talon Company\'s Armor Selection (which makes Talon Company less of a joke as far as combat goes)...and adds Females to Talon Company(Lady Killer Perk actually has a use now)... Should be Fully Compatible with all other mods that do not effect Talon Armor Lists(The Weapon Lists are untouched).
