Makes it so you can kill all NPCs in the game.
This is a basic mod that makes all NPCs in the game unessential, meaning you can kill them. No more \"So and so is now unconscious.\" crap. Also note that most NPCs are essential for reason, so making it so they can die might make it hard to continue with the main quest if you haven\'t already. Worse comes to worse, open up the console, click their body, and type resurrect. Install to your data folder and make sure it\'s enabled in either the Fallout 3 launcher or the Fallout Mod Manager if you have it.
