Enhanced Duster armor 2 versions

Version 1: (12/22/2009) Enhanced Duster armor (looks the same as Vances loancoat or Regulators dusters). In the Rivet City science lab floor. This is my first mod, I wanted an outfit that had KICK ASS combat effects and still looked cool, but tried to keep it balanced. stats; DR; 15 Value; 1200 Health; 100000 (so won\'t degrade, I don\'t like repairs) wiegth; 3 effects; Big Guns +20, Small Guns +20, Unarmed +20, Action Points 50, Crit. Chance 13% install; just place esp in fallout data directory and check it in loader... AND/OR Version 2: (01/24/2010) Enhanced Duster 2 armor (looks the same as Vances loancoat or Regulators dusters). STATS EFFECT CHANGED.... In the Rivet City science lab floor. stats; DR; 15 Value; 1200 Health; 100000 (so won\'t degrade, I don\'t like repairs) wiegth; 3 only 2 effects; Action Points 50, Crit. Chance 13% install; just place esp in fallout data directory and ckeck it in loader... (no DLC requirements) Do as you please with it but just mention where it originally came from..
