EMP emitter usefull against robots.
This mod adds an EMP emitter rifle that shots emp beams, very usefull for beating robots. Theese rifles can be found like any other rifle...in shops, on NPCs, in the wasteland... The rifle uses microfusion cells. If you find any bugs please let me know. Thanks and enjoy.
