📋 About This Mod
A modification of the Pre-War Businesswear and Colonel Autumn\'s Uniform to create a detective style trench coat over suit.
Update to version 2. 1. 1 now available! See change log below for details. My first mod and its fairly simple in scope. It takes the coat from Colonel Autumn\'s Uniform and fits it over a Pre-War Businesswear. I\'m uploading this as kind of a modder\'s resource to use with other Fallout 3 Mods but because it contains base game meshes I don\'t think you\'re allowed to port it to any other game. Installation: Extract the files to your game\'s Data folder and activate the ESP in your mod manager of choice. Install any updates the same way after installing the most current main file. Make sure to allow the esp to overwrite itself. Also activate Archive Invalidation. I recommend using Fallout Mod Manager\'s built in Archive Invalidation which is under the tools dropdown. If you are for some reason opposed to using Fallout Mod Manager there is also ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated which is a stand alone that does the same thing. Conflicts: There should be none but if you find something let me know. More Info: Included is the modified mesh and an ESP. The mesh uses the base game textures so they\'re not included. There are 2 versions of the suit \"Detective Outfit\" which uses the dirty Pre-War Businesswear and \"Inspector Outfit\" (Formally Detective Outfit Dark) which uses the Grimy variant. The armor stats are identical to Colonel Autumn\'s Uniform and it can be repaired with Pre-War businesswear. They aren\'t found in game but if you want to play them use the following Base IDs with the player.additem console command: XX refers to the mod\'s location in your load order : XX000EA6 - Detective Outfit XX000EA7 - Inspector Outfit (renamed from Detective Outfit Dark in v2. 1) New in 2. 1: XX001552 - Agent Outfit XX001553 - Federal Detective Outfit XX001554 - Federal Inspector Outfit XX001555 - Federal Agent Outfit XX001556 - Pre-War Agentwear (Pre-War Businesswear recolor) XX001558 - Black Ops Uniform (Colonel Autumn\'s Uniform recolor) New in 2. 1. 1: XX003698 - Agent Hat (Pre-War Hat recolor) Now if you\'re unaware of what a load order is, it is the order in which your mod is loaded and is represented by a unique two character header. Fallout.esm (the main file) would be 00, after that would be 01, 02, 03, etc. To find out the load position of any mod I recommend using the Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM). It does everything the launcher does in terms of activating mods and much more. In the FOMM you\'ll see a column labeled \"Mod Index\" to the right of the list of mods. Those two numbers next to each mod is the two character header pertaining to that mod\'s Form IDs. If you see \"NA\" that means the mod is not active and you need to activate it before you can do anything with it in game. To-do: Make Female Variant Add Additional Color Variants - In progress Incorporate armor in game somewhere Change Log: v2. 1. 1 Patch: Adds the Agent Hat intended for the 2. 1 Update. --------------------
