- Apartment is basically player-house (PC Home) mod with two added quest but being all - inclusive package it is much more then just convenient crush-in / store junk place.
- Here you need to think Big as it is not usual FO3 ransacked PC hovel - PENAVE One is still populated and fully staffed (pre-war US) Presidential Apartment! Location is in the heart of Washington DC - Pennsylvania Avenue / Metro Central Station. Amenities included are big fully furnished and decorated complex - Neoclassical Apartment in good repair with another two useable n well stocked levels - Services (Utility) Level and Presidential Vault. Beside for FO3 quite pristine Apartment decor you are getting here retextured, mod creatures (Super Mutants, Feral Ghouls, Dogs and various Robots), arms (three hand-guns and one sword) and eight new outfits (secret service suits and various recon armors) as well as three sets (3x3) of sexy female-agents lingerie.
- This mod per-se is not Adult Mod but as there are some mature elements - like reveling female agents\' lingerie and body jewelry - don\'t moan about it as nobody in there wears them. They are part of broader pre-war Apartment scenario (believable secrete service set-up) - read they are stage props and what you\'ll do or not with them is up to you.
- Story and concept: Apartment was Presidential Safe House intended as safe heaven for President and other high ranking members of Government. Pre-war Governmental Vaulted Houses were very popular but for that very reason they were very high on Chinese\'s A-strikes target list. This one has survived and as unique things n grandiose places like this one never come for free - you will have to fight for it.
- All Apartment NPC\'s are good fun n potentially interesting companion material but they on their own won\'t do that as for it required scripting is not part or objective of this mod. To use them as such or simply to make them more interesting to behold use - as I do -some for it specialized (hire, have sex or add dialog script) mods like:

- This mod is intended for higher level characters - min 9 - but around 13 is recommended. Rewards for skilled and brave are very high but be ready for some tough challenges as you are not alone in your desire to be in-there! ;)
- Installation:
- Extract or copy/paste all files into your Fallout 3 game folder. When you are asked to overwrite files under meshes and textures, select \'yes to all\'.
- Activate Dalls_Apartment.esp mod plug-in to get it into game. Load order should not be of any importance but you must make addition to your game Archiveinvalidation.txt file to make/force game engine to load all new textures. That can be done manually but I would recommend use of:
