Cryolator Fixed

Adds a fun new weapon to the game, the Cryolator. You\'ll find one waiting for you in either your Tenpenny Suite or Megaton Home. Cryo Mines will be found randomly with other mines. -Uses the official Cryolator/Cryo Mine meshes, put in but unusued by Bethesda. ==Changelog== -5/04/09 Updated and modified FXshader to be friendly to lower end PC specs. Screenshot of new effect available. -4/21/09 -Added Cryo Mine into game as well. Appears in all leveled mine lists. More frequent when Enclave show up. -Corrected messed up Parent settings. (No DLC requirement now. Sorry, don\'t know how I did that) -Added freeze immunity to Behemoths.
