Fractalized the Coyote Reflex Power Armor texture made by Abesh to add more detail at 4 steps.
Been bringing this up the idea of fractalizing all the textures in fallout 2 to provide much more detail. Heres my post on the solution as well as a sample done with the pipboy also.
