Color Hi-Detailed map and icons no white pipboy color fix

a fix for Color Hi-Detailed map and icons by not having to change pip boy color to white.

Conflicts with darnified ui, Load this after, this fix makes it so you dont have to change pip boy color to white and automatically turns the pipboy screen to white when looking at the map.

Will probably conflict with ui mods but always load this after if you want the fix as it shouldn't effect anything with the ui modifications.
