Civilian Leveled Lists Revamped by Gamefever

You can update just the ESP and it\'ll work immediately. Description: Ever notice that the civilians in fallout wear the same set of 6 clothes... Each and everyone. This changes that now they get 16 clothing choices to pull from at random. Man this gets worse when you use MORE NPC mod packs or go to NEW LANDS with more NPC\'s and even player made towns XD.... -Outfits use name Generic Outfit 07 through 16 -For your convinence the end number corosponds to the folder number Generic Outfit 07 is in folder Wastelandoutfit07\\ -Outfits have 12 AR -200 condition -Cost 100 -Have an the WasteLand Adventurer Enchantment -Show up on generic npc\'s or npc\'s that pull from the random list -->Those list\'s are NPCSettlerclothes, NPCtownClothes and Wastelandapparel. The hats list also gets hit with this due to the clothing list being in it\'s sublist in Vanilla. -Repair with Raider armor -Have all bells and whistles nothing you\'d expect is missing in the ESP -All of the items have a chance to show up in any vendors inventory that sells \"wasteland Apparel\" You can expect to find that the vendor in Revit City has these items after X days allowed time to pass for respawn....
