Why? Some of us like the cool stealth effect without having to crouch, and some of us want to crouch while still being visible. And some us like to flicker invisibility on and off menacingly. If you\'re like us, this mod is for you. This mod doesn\'t change the actual effectiveness of the armor at all, but feel free to edit those values yourself in the editor. For better compatibility, just edit this file to set your Stealth effect magnitude to 100% or whatever your cheating heart desires. I might include a version like this in future versions. This mod only effects the Wasteland version of the armor, found upon completion of the \"Operation: Anchorage\" questline. You may need to unequip/reequip the armor once you install the mod, if it is already installed. If the effect ever stops working, try unequipping/reequipping the armor again. If you want to change the key, you\'ll have to edit the mod yourself, sorry. A how-to is provided in this readme: don\'t worry, it\'s fast and easy. I\'m not well enough versed in the GECK to figure out a way to change the key in-game. Maybe a future version will include this ability. There\'s also a tiny lag when you hit the key before the invisibility effect changes, but that seems to be unavoidable. If you use a controller, just use a joypad-keyboard mapping tool to map \'X\' (or whatever key you have changed it to) to clicking the right stick or something. I use JoyToKey. --- Installation: Merely put the provided .esp file in the Data folder in your Fallout 3 directory and enable it in either the Fallout 3 Launcher or your mod manager of choice. To uninstall, delete the file or disable it. You will, however, probably need to have Operation: Anchorage installed as a mod in order to use this mod. This is quick and easy, however, and makes using the DLC simpler anyway.
