Childrens clothing and hats with increased damage resistance

I have now added Two new versions of the kids clothing purchasable at potomac attire in Rivet City at fifty percent repair. I was playing as a child using the player.agerace command and got a bit annoyed with the kids head burly arms for boys and kids head big breasticles for girls that you get with the various armour. So we have the children\'s clothing and hats with the same damage resistance as the combat armour and helmets. They are repairable with combat armour and combat helmets respectively.
