Chases Overcoats - Wasteland Psycho Version

Requires Mothership Zeta. Didn\'t mess with the version in Operation Anchorage since you\'re not supposed to obtain that anyway, but if there\'s enough requests I\'ll screw around with it. I thought the faded surgical green-ish undercoat on Gen. Chase\'s outfit was kind of bleh, so I darkened it to more of an olive-greyish hue. Now it looks a lot more professional and militaryish. Also, the in-game item uses its proper model now, so no worries there. I also made a Wasteland version for those of you who think running around in a pristine white overcoat is sort of silly - it\'s covered in grime, blood, mud, bloody mud, and bullet holes and stitched-together stab/slash wounds. You can find it in Fort Constantine CO Quarters, right next to the safe. NEW: Psycho\'s Overcoat. For people who think that there\'s never enough gore or homicidal mania. This is pretty much the Wasteland overcoat, but with even more blood and several embedded weapons. Check the screenshots for details. You can find it in the Andale shed. Stats: Psycho\'s Overcoat: 18 WG, 28 DR, 2750 item hp +13 melee damage, +13 AP +13% crit chance (melee weapons only) -3 INT, -3 CHR, -3 LCK Repairs with most normal clothing items. Normal/wasteland overcoats: decreased the weight to 15, increased DR to 25 and item hp to 1500 so you won\'t have to repair it as often late-game. Unchanged otherwise.
