Catwalk Access

Adds access to the catwalks in Taft Tunnels & the entrance to the Pitt. 2 Files: Taft_Tunnels: Adds a corridor with stairs to get up to the catwalks where the enclave troops were attacking you from (now you can get their armor & weapons). Also adds a door from the first section to get to the catwalk of the 2nd section (new areas have been navmeshed). The_Pitt: The area where Mex greets you at the end of the bridge and takes you stuff. There is now a small stairway up to the catwalk where one of his goons are standing. Adams_AFB_Helipad: Fixes the broken catwalk at the helipad so you can get to the top.
