Carver O'Hallahan - Basic Companion

What this mod does is add in Carver O'Hallahan, a Scottish Regulator that hangs out in the Regulator HQ. His job is simple, to hunt bad guys alongside the Player. As far as companion functionality works, he's complete with a wait, follow, go home (Including the Regulator HQ, Megaton Home, and Tenpenny Suite), change weapons, and open inventory. At his core? He's pretty basic. Not much else to him besides some cool voice acting. If people happen to like this mod, the voice actor and I may come back to flesh him out with his own story and more functions.

This mod was made on the request of a friend of mine. He requested a basic good-guy companion that would follow him around as he did goody-two-shoes stuff. Yes, he gave me permission to make it public.
