Requested by howiebabey... adds a full-auto plasma weapon to the game, complete with gooification.
Find it leaning against the tree just outside Vault 101... it's a little bit spammy, so damage has been set somewhere between the assault rifle and plasma rifle to make it a little less over-the-top.
