Budong's Mega Home Reno

Moves the door to the upper level and adds an outside ramp leading up to it, puts a water-tower and spotlight on the roof, and a few extra bits of clutter.  Now also adds bonus activities for any humanoid NPC that sandboxes in the player-home — they can now cook, sleep, clean counters, use the workbench, etc. instead of just endlessly switching between the three default chairs.
