A plasma rifle that doesn't leave ash piles, spits blue plasma streams, and adds knock-back on criticals for maximum ragdoll hilarity. :)
A quick little mod to add a plasma rifle that doesn't leave ash piles. Uses the blue Liberty Prime plasma visuals, and adds a knock-back on criticals for maximum ragdoll hilarity... :) Otherwise though, stats and requirements are identical to the vanilla plasma rifle.
Find it outside the gates of Megaton near the water-beggar (look for a bright red baseball cap on the rocks marking the spot.)
