Improves the Brotherhood\'s influence in the Wasteland
Im keeping the descript short for now. This basically addsthe Brotherhood of Steel in places across the Mojav- er I mean Capital Wasteland. I been playing Fallout 3 more as I wanted to play Fallout that was not so RAM heavry so here is me on F0 three. This uses Broken Steel for the many BoS crates, Aqua Pura and Barrels. Its ment to bring the BoS to actually help the Wasteland with more BoS patrols, Water Caravan guards with Both Rivet city guards. The biggest thing about this is Megaton has BoS Patrolling the street aswell as a new Building Called the \"Megaton Brotherhood Embassy\" Have fun
