Brotherhood T-51b armor swap

swaps the standard BoS armor with the T51b. also enhances all power armors a bit and adds a new armor, the T-77a medic armor in place of the T-51b. I replaced the T-51b with medic armor because the terminal that you use to unlock the stasis sheild to get the armor said something about it being medic armor. anyways, i suppose this will do more for Fallout lore. there is however a texture Issue with the outcast helemet and it is rather ugly and noticable. I have no idea how to fix it, but everything else works. Textures are not mine, so credit for those go to the original maker of the T-51b as brotherhood armor mod, Hmudaa. -UPDATE- in the second esp I uploaded I had taken off the BoS emblem on the T-77a armor(the stuff in fort constantine) also, I have beenfed up the Dr on most popwer armors a little bit.
