Edits some of the NPC's I always considered Boss enemies. These include Colonel Autumn, and Enclave Squad Sigma, Ashur, Wernher, Roy Philips, Gustavo, and the Vault 106 Survivor.

Colonel AutumnHealth Upped by 100, Weapon Damage Upgraded, Armor DR Upgraded to 16 and can be repaired with Enclave Officer Outfits

Enclave Squad Sigma

Upgraded their armor to Enclave Shocktrooper Armor (Improved the DR from 40 to 45)

Enclave Squad Sigma Leader

Increased his by level 2, Slight Special Stats Adjustments

Ashur

Health upped by 20, Added the unique Shotgun - Striker, Added a unique Recon Helmet

Wernher

Added a unique Merc Outfit called Liutenant Outfit, Added a unique . 44 Magnum - Ambition

Chief Gustavo

Health upped by 50, DR upped by 6

Roy Philips

Health upped by 30, DR Upped by 4

Health upped by 125, Weapon Damage Upgraded

Mechanist

Health upped by 100, Weapon Damage Upgraded
