You can get it here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4280 Usage: Only copy the file \"upperbodyfemale\" in your Fallout 3 folder \\Data\\textures\\characters\\female for all female characters in FO3 or just copy it in the folder of your model you want to use it for. About: I used the texture files from the dimonized femal body type 3 replacer and reskinned it a little. Now there is a black rose tattoo on the right bladebone of the girl. It was made for the base model of type3, but the other models (Cali, Berry, etc.) can use it too.
