There is an issue with "Realistic Needs" and "Simple Needs" mods. Regardless your load order that will make useless your waters if you have any mod kind of "Realistic Needs" which includes Thirsty option. But there is a compatible version and you should choose "Compatible with -Needs- mods" file in this case.
