Bed and Sink for Uhmatts Vertibirds

I love vertibird mods and my favorite for fo3 is Uhmatt's Vertibirds mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/22098

But I wanted to make one of these birds my primary home so I deleted some seats, added a bed and also a sink

I also modified the radio so it uses no ammo, although you do need at least 1 ecell it does not actually get used.

You will need Uhmatt's Vertibirds v3. 2, this is not a ESP replacement. you will still need uhmatts full mod including their esp

Place "UmVertibird_Mod.esp" in your data folder and have it load below uhmatt's esp

This is a very simple esp, I don't think it will introduce any problems but let me know if you have issues.

My modding skills are extremely limited so I doubt there will be any meaningful additions to this, It was a personal tweak I thought others might like.
