Problem: Vanilla Fallout 3\'s Barber shops and Character generator removes eyebrows when new facial hair selections are made. Solution: 1. Adds Eyebrows to all beard selections in the barber and Character Generator. 2. Adds \"Only Eyebrows\" selections in the Barber and Character Generator. 3. Adds \"No Eyebrows or Beard\" selection in the Barber and Character Generator.
