Beard Scruff

I wanted a scruffy, unshaven look on my male characters without actually having a BEARD. I appreciated tavtav\'s 5 O Clock Shadow Texture, but it was a little light for what I wanted so I created my own. This texture will give beard scruff to ALL adult males in the game. It looks pretty good on all characters, and I\'m aware it looks a lot thicker on African American characters. To get the most out of this, I suggest that during character creation (or when you see Pinkerton), increase the Tone of your Moustache, Beard, and Cheeks until you get a color that you want. TO INSTALL: Just extract to the data in your Fallout 3 directory.
