You can find it outside of Megaton in a bathtub (world model looks like a hockey mask). ================= Background: ================= I use Ashara\'s Batman mod, but before I go get the Batsuit and become the caped crusader, I wanted a preliminary item that could be used until I \"create\" my costume - much like in the Batman Begins film or Spiderman. I originally wanted to use sparky84\'s \"Ninja Balaclava Ski Mask\" mod, but the mesh file was designed to fit a specific character model, tightly drawn to the edge of the skin, and when viewed on any other toon, it showed parts of the head through the mask, plus it constantly changed colors because he didn\'t set up a texture set properly. I tried to fix his mistake, but the first problem was ever constant on my toons. So I opted for Bealkin\'s mod, but it too had texture problems. So since he is no longer active on these forums and has never fixed the issues people have brought up. I did it for him, but I\'m going to take credit for the changes, lol. He still gets create for creating the original meshes and textures though, as that is outside of my capabilities. ================= File Information: ================= BA_BlackSurgicalMask.esp (Status: Release - Fully Tested) ================= Requirements: ================= Fallout 3 Patch 1. 7 (or equivalent fake-ish patch) No DLC’s are required to run this mod. ================= Install: ================= 1. Download the files to a secure location. Contrary to some other authors, I do not recommend directly downloading or unzipping directly to your Data folder. 2. Extract the files from the archive to a new folder under it\'s name. This is handy for keeping a record of what version is associated with the mod (if the author properly marked the download file).
