Seems I forgot to ever upload this for FO3, I was working on The TTW Interiors Project and thought I would finally release it.
Better late then never.
Instillation:
Extract, AnimatedStatics.esp and, bsa folder to your Fallout3\Data folder and, activate the mod via the launcher or, (highly recommended) FOMM, NMM.
If you don't want to use my .esp you can overwrite three of my meshes with the ones from Animated Logos by AmaccurzerO and have the best of both worlds.
My .esp is only needed for the GNR Globe with the rocket flying around it. Models gnrplanetlogo01, gnrplanetlogo01c3.nif, gnrplanetlogo01c3.nif.
Uninstall:
Remove the AnimatedStatics.esp and, Meshes.
