adds the USI Sniper Armor (/ghillie suit) reward to FWE\'s integrated/reworked stealth list. modified armor slightly: +5 critical chance and +10 sneak and when outside +20 sneak when outside and also +10 critical chance if crouched and not moving load this in the load list after the FWE files (\"FO3 Wanderers Edition - xxxxxxx.esp\") changes: v1. 3 balances out the armor\'s DR when taking into account the extra sneak/critical it now has
