This tiny mod adds a holodisk note that lists my recommended character levels for all DLC content. (not lore-friendly)
The holodisk is located on a hill near Craterside Supply in Megaton. After picking it up check your pipboy to read the note.
This mod requires all Fallout 3 DLCs.
