Aimbots Perk Pack GERMAN

This is a german version of my perk pack, but anyone is free to translate it. It\'s a beta, so there might be some bugs but feedback is welcome so I can debug it. There will also be more perks in the future. Currently there are perks that increase weapon abilities, grant extra loot if the player kills certain enemies or give temporary extra SPECIAL points when the player wears certain power armors. This mod was created by using the G. E. C. K. and FOMM tools. It was inspired by the Ultimate Perk Pack but in this file there are only all-new perks that I invented myself. History: 6. 4. 2009 - first version, 14 perks 22. 4. 2009 - version 1. 02, one new perk added (Mesmerization) and functionality of \"Razor\" perk changed 23. 4. 2009 - version 1. 03, added four more perks 24. 4. 2009 - version 1. 04, added four more perks 4. 5. 2009 - version 1. 05, added one new perk 5. 5. 2009 - version 1. 06, added a Kung Fu mode perk with 5 levels that increases Unarmed weapon damage by a percentage. 6. 5. 2009 - version 1. 07, added another Kung Fu mode perk that makes power fists so strong that it could be considered an \"exploit\" perk, hence its name. But it decreases fighting abilities with other weapons to balance it.
