Higher quality icons for Gopher's Advanced Recon Thermal Nightvision mod.
The advanced recon icons looked pretty bad. Which granted, is excusable for a set of graphics made over a decade ago. I simply made new icons that fit the vanilla UI better in my opinion while being higher resolution.
