Add's All DLC Items to TestQAItems

Install: Locate your fallout3 install folder (Usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 GOTY) unless installed else ware.

Add All Items From DLC01 to DLC05 to the "Testqaitems" cell.

To get here open console and type "COC TESTQAITEMS".

All the anchorage guns from in the sim have the word "Sim" added at the end of their name. the guns i labeled as "Sim" weapons were weapon's with a HP of 99,000 (default sim weapon HP)

A lot of weapons were made playable that are not in anyway supposed to be.. if this becomes annoying leave me a comment and i will change it.

Weapons were all made NOT quest items, They are all drop able.

MISC Items and NOTES are still quest items so be careful before picking something up as it may start a quest (as with many items in this cell).

ALL of the Outfits have been made playable (DLC01 - DLC05) and drop able.
