Added Perks

In basic, this mod adds several perks in fallout 3. Some of the were from the original fallouts (fallout 1, 2, and tactics.). Some of the perks are a WIP so they are hidden from the player, but they are still in the file if you want to try and fix it. I am working on this, and there will be extra perk packs soon. It is no longer in Beta, but some of the perks don\'t work as they should still. Report to me in the comments or message me on Fallot 3 nexus. This requires the level 50 mod, as some of the perks are available after lv. 20 and 30. The Survival Perk Pack (SPP) adds 4 perks in version 0. 1 that help you survive in the wasteland. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previews: The Evil meets Justice Perk Pack (EJPP) adds more perks that concern karma reasons, and will automatically be added. The Drinks Perk Pack (DPP) adds perks that have to concern liquor, alchohol, water, and more.
